Medical Board Responds to OSMA Regarding OARRS/ICD-10 Error

The State Medical Board of Ohio has provided a response to OSMA regarding errors in its October 15 communication to Ohio physicians.
The Medical Board, working with the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy, identified four "opportunities for improvement."

"The State Medical Board and Board of Pharmacy are dedicated to resolving the scenarios... and appreciate the assistance of their licensees in identifying the areas of improvement. We will monitor the progress on these issues before sending out another compliance communication," the response stated.
