OSMA has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting your privacy. We recognize that when you share your personal information with us, you expect us to treat that information in a serious and responsible manner. This statement sets forth our information gathering and dissemination practices for the website.


OSMA has security measures in place to protect against the loss,misuse and alteration of the information under our control, including without limitation, protecting information behind a firewall, encrypting your member information so that it cannot be read by a third party during transmission, and password-protected access to OSMA systems.
How OSMA Uses Information
Non-personally identifiable information collected by the website includes IP address (semi-identifiable), referring site, browser and platform used. Such information is used internally by authorized OSMA employees to determine how we may improve the website by seeing which areas andfeatures are most popular. If we want to collect information for other purposes, we will inform you when we collect the information.
OSMA does not currently use your email address for any other purpose and does not share it with any third parties. OSMA will not share your email address with third parties without your prior consent.
OSMA may aggregate information collected on the website that is not personally identifiable. We may use aggregate information to better design our Website and to share with advertisers and others who provide information to the OSMA for the Website. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited the website, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Correcting/Updating Your Information
You can add and change any personally identifiable information that we collect by logging in to the website using your designated username and password, and by accessing your Membership Profile found on the Member Center page. Currently, we only use a session cookie (disappears as soon as the user closes his or her browser) to keep track of which state the user is browsing in.
