RFS Pre-Caucus Meetings

I would like to extend an invitation for you to join us for our RFS (Resident Fellow Section) pre-caucus meetings. These meetings help us prepare for the OSMA House of Delegates Meeting as a Section and will allow those that are newer to the process to ask questions and learn more about how the meeting process works.

  • January 5 - Discussion of any potential resolutions to be submitted as a Section. Register Now!

  • February 11 - MSS/RFS Annual Meeting (virtual. time TBD).

  • February 27 - Reviewing the posted resolutions and forming comments for online commenting as a Section.

  • April 6-7 - OSMA Annual Meeting (in person).

The virtual meetings on Jan. 5 and Feb. 27 will be at 7:00pm EST. Please hold the above dates and watch for emails with registration information.

If you have any resolution ideas, please pass them along to your Section Chair. Submit your resolution idea by Jan. 4 - it does not have to be a fully crafted document. You can simply submit an idea and the details can be completed later by the Section. Resolutions are due to OSMA by February 21.

UPCOMING SECTION MEETING:

Our first meeting will be Friday, January 5th @7:00pm EST. This virtual meeting is to discuss any potential resolutions to be submitted as a Section for consideration at the 2024 OSMA Annual Meeting.

The 2024 OSMA Annual Meeting and House of Delegates is April 5-7. 

The RFS will be attempting to fill all Delegate and Alternate Delegate positions for the 2024 OSMA Annual Meeting. If you are interested in serving in one of the Delegate seats to represent the Resident Fellow Section, fill out the form below.
