Hello RFS!

A warm welcome to all new residents and fellows who have joined the Ohio State Medical Association (OSMA)! We're excited to have you as part of the Resident and Fellows Section (RFS).

The RFS is your voice within OSMA, advocating for your needs and interests during this crucial stage of your medical career. We provide opportunities for leadership development, networking, and involvement in shaping the future of medicine in Ohio!

Here's how you can get involved:

• Peer-to-peer recruiting: Spread the word! Encourage your fellow residents and fellows to join OSMA's Resident/Fellow Section and amplify our collective voice.

• Committee volunteering: Join one of our committees and contribute to important initiatives like resolution drafting, legislative advocacy, and membership engagement.

• Contract reviews: Take advantage of the OSMA's new Resolve partnership providing contract review services, a valuable resource for navigating your employment agreements.

• 2025 OSMA Annual Meeting: Plan to attend April 4-6, 2025 in Columbus. Great opportunity to meet fellow residents and fellows, network with physicians from around the state, and get involved in Advocacy and OSMA activities. RFS Delegates are needed >>
