2022 Coding & Documentation Update for Ophthalmology Services

  • List the 10 different levels of problem acuity and what counts as data in the 2021 E/M changes for office and outpatient coding; and,
  • Describe the risk process for both treatment and disease/condition mortality and morbidity.
