This 90-minute webinar will provide an overview of the changes in Medicare (CMS) and Medicaid rules for how care and services are delivered and paid for. There will be a review of the changes in CPT coding, highlighting the new codes developed for 2022 as well as key reminders for existing codes. A review of specific mental health issues as well as therapy services are part of this process. There will be a quick review of ICD-10 coding for the social determinants of health. There are also test cases for the participant to review and correctly code for the care provided.


Webinar 2: Inpatient Documentation and coding for physicians and mid-level providers (Hospitals, SNF, Rehab, Custodial Care)

This 90-minute program will cover documentation and coding of care provided in an inpatient setting, including acute care, observations, nursing homes, assisted living, group homes and home care. Three test cases for the participant to review for correct coding of care provided.


Webinar 3: Review of therapy coding for therapists/counselors including diagnostic assessment and individual therapy

This 90-minute program will cover documentation and coding, especially for counselors and therapists for understanding the key issues of documentation and coding for the assessment, various therapy modalities in private practice as well as CMHC/Facility CMHC programs, and telehealth and related concerns.
