The Ohio State Medical Association Political Action Committee (OSMAPAC) fights for Ohio physicians by helping to elect state and federal candidates who have shown dedication to making positive changes to healthcare and working on behalf of the issues impacting Ohio physicians.

Contributions to OSMAPAC are not deductible for state or federal income tax purposes. Voluntary political contributions by individuals to OSMAPAC should be personal contributions. Funds from corporations will be used for political education activities and/or state election activities where allowed. Contributions are not limited to suggested amounts. The OSMA will not favor or disadvantage anyone based upon the amounts of or failure to make state PAC contributions. Voluntary political contributions are subject to limitations of state PAC regulations.

Please note that by proceeding with this transaction, you certify that the contribution is from: (i) in the case of an individual, from a U.S. citizen or national, and (ii) in the case of a non-individual, an entity that is organized domestically and only has a domestic principal place of business; you also certify that for any of the contributions: (i) underlying individual sources are from U.S. citizens or nationals, and (ii) underlying entity sources are from entities organized domestically and only have a domestic principal place of business.
