Is Your Office Prepared for the New Interoperability Rules?
Meeting Interoperability and
Avoiding Information Blocking
Complimentary Live Webinar
Wednesday, Feb. 10 • 1pm
Information blocking is defined as anything that interferes with, prevents or discourages access to or exchange of electronic health information. To prevent this practice and still protect health data, ONC set regulations into place via the Cures Act Final Rule. Physicians, practice managers and IT staff need to be aware of this rule and the behavioral, workflow and system changes to comply with the various requirements of this new rule that goes into effect April 2021.
This live webinar will explain the new rule, compliance and other issues such as:
- How does this impact HIPAA requirements?
- What does it mean for disclosures?
- Do you need to update your privacy and security policies?
- Will any changes to your EHR be needed?
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
