OSMA Continues Advocacy Push to Avert 4.5% Cut to the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule
Last week, OSMA joined the AMA—and every other state medical society in the country—signing a letter to Congress urging them to take action before the end of the year to avert the projected 4.5% cut to the 2023 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule.
Additionally, if you haven't done so, we urge every OSMA member to contact your member of congress and tell them the importance of passing legislation to avert the cut before they recess for the holiday.
Reversing the cut is the number one priority advocacy issue for organized medicine at the federal level and we will stay engaged between now and the end of the year.
Thank you in advance for your help in this effort.
