Sarah Dickman Sarah's internship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital investigates the impact of sex on muscle development following brachial plexus injury in children, aiming to identify more effective, targeted therapies for this disabling condition, particularly considering potential differences in outcomes for girls. |

Ali Osman Ali's internship with the Nationwide Children's Hospital STREAM Project, under Dr. Mahan and Dr. Young, focuses on improving physician mental health and resilience through a virtual curriculum, particularly for doctors in under-served or rural areas and those from BIPOC communities. |
