Applications for the Ohio Physician Loan Repayment Programs are being accepted through November 25th, 2026. Completed applications and supporting documents must be emailed to SLRP@odh.ohio.gov.

Please note that this is a competitive application cycle and limited funding is available. Qualifying applications will be scored based on a standardized set of criteria and awards will be prioritized accordingly. Meeting minimum program requirements does not guarantee receipt of an award.
