This fund supports supports early-career physicians pursuing opportunities that expand their leadership, policy, and advocacy impact. Applicants may request up to $3,500 in granted funding. Eligible opportunities include:

  • national advocacy conferences,
  • physician or health-system leadership tracks,
  • business management,
  • communication leadership programs,
  • accredited certificate programs,
  • or structured hybrid/online courses. 

Funding may be used for tuition, registration, travel, materials, or other related costs. 
Programs must be completed by February 2027.

Grant Details:

In its inaugural year, the fund is awarding three grants, marking the first step in this long-term investment in physician leadership across Ohio.

Awardees will share their experience at the OSMA Annual Meeting in April 2027 and be featured in OSMA Foundation communications.
