Leaders & Advocates
The Surekha & Deepak Kumar, MD Endowed Fund
This fund supports early-career physicians and residents pursuing leadership or advocacy development opportunities. Applicants may request up to $3,500 in granted funding. Eligible opportunities include:
- national advocacy conferences,
- physician or health-system leadership tracks,
- business management,
- communication leadership programs,
- accredited certificate programs,
- or structured hybrid/online courses.
Funding may be used for tuition, registration, travel, materials, or other related costs.
Programs must be completed by February 2027.
Application Details:2026 Grant Awardees will be introduced at the OSMA Foundation Reception on the evening of Friday, April 10, 2026. Awardees are encouraged to attend the OSMA Annual Meeting held on April 10-12, 2026, at the Renaissance Columbus Westerville - Polaris Hotel. Awardees will share their experience at the OSMA Annual Meeting in April 2027 and be featured in OSMA Foundation communications. Application Deadline: Have Questions? |
