Voting Instructions

 

At-Large Councilor Election Voting

The election slate for At-Large Councilor have been nominated by the OSMA Committee on Nominations. This Election will take place prior to the 2026 OSMA Annual Meeting, so please be looking for election information in your OSMA communications. It will be online and statewide. As in past, we will be using election software (ElectionBuddy) to conduct the online election. You will receive an email with instructions to complete and submit your ballot. The results of the election will be announced at the 2026 House of Delegates.

All other candidates for non-district specific offices occur through acclimation or real-time voting at the 2026 House of Delegates meeting.

 

OSMA House of Delegates in-Person Voting Made Easy...

OSMA is using Poll Everywhere to conduct real-time, in-person electronic voting during the House of Delegates meeting—including for votes on resolutions, amendments, and, if needed, elections. 

Please note that only properly credentialed OSMA members who are signed in with their Poll Everywhere account will be able to participate in the electronic voting.

  1. Please sign in or create a free Poll Everywhere account at pollev.com prior to the House of Delegates.
    *You will need to use your primary email address on file with OSMA.*

  2. You can access Poll Everywhere using your web browser or the mobile app. Completing this step in advance will help ensure a smoother voting process during the meeting.

  3. If you are unable to set up your account before the meeting, you may still do so onsite before voting begins. The below voting instructions will also be available at the meeting.
