Advancing Hope Through Research: Sarah's Summer Scholar Journey
This summer, OSMA Foundation Summer Scholar Sarah Dickman joined the orthopedics research team at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, investigating therapeutic strategies to improve outcomes for children with neonatal brachial plexus injury, the most common cause of pediatric upper limb paralysis.

OSMA CEO Recognized for Leadership in Physician Well-being
We’re proud to share that last month, OSMA's CEO, Todd Baker, received the Dr. Eli Crew Community Service Excellence Award from the Ohio Hospital Association. The award honors his leadership on The Disposables campaign, created in collaboration with Disappearing Doctors, to bring attention to physician burnout and suicide.

Your Well-being Checkup And Referral Engagement Service
August 1, 2022 – The need for well-being support has never been higher, and the OSMA Foundation is supporting Ohio's healthcare workforce with a way to measure factors like personal anxiety, depression and burnout and connect with credible resources who can help.
